What is HELP PAYS?
We work with co-ops across Arkansas to offer the innovative HELP PAYS® (PAY AS YOU SAVE). PAYS® is an investment program for energy efficiency upgrades. Here's how it works:
We provide you with a complete home energy assessment/report at no cost to you ($300 value)
Your report identifies the cost of the recommended improvement(s) and analyzes annual energy cost savings associated with each one (i.e. insulation, duct sealing, air sealing, lighting and HVAC upgrade)
If you elect to have the work done, we inspect the work on sight and verify it’s done right
We write the check!
You start paying us back monthly with the energy costs you save ... right on your electric bill
No credit checks, no debt-to-income ratios, low interest rate, no banks, no negotiating with contractors, no hassles. If your payment history with us is good, and your home energy costs are more than they should be, you qualify!

I’ve always found Marrakech fascinating because the lifestyle there feels completely different depending on the neighborhood and type of property.
