After spending 5 years implementing the Clinton Climate Initiatives HEAL program in Arkansas, Tammy 

co-founded EEtility in late 2014 determined to help low to moderate income families access the resources they need to make their homes energy efficient. Tammy specializes in utility relations and program management. When not "working" on all things EE related, Tammy enjoys hiking and fishing with her life partner and her 3 canine companions.  

Johnnie LaCaze
Co-Founder | CTO

Johnnie has worked in the world of EE retrofits since 2007 and like Tammy, in 2014 co founded EEtility to help bring EE opportunities to the demographic of people who tend to need it the most. Johnnies specialty lies in mentoring and providing Quality Assurance for EE program installers, auditors and EE vendors. In Johnnie's free time, he can be found with a fishing pole in one hand and his  grandaughter in the other.  

Seth Baldy
Energy Analyst Director

Seth has an educational background in Environmental Science, and Energy and Sustainability Studies. He has been working in the EE field for 10 years. In 2008, he began working on LEED building projects in Little Rock, AR. Then in 2010, he began working for the Clinton Climate Initiative (CCI). During his time at CCI he developed skills in building energy modeling and energy efficiency financing options. In 2015, he started working in the private sector as an Energy Analyst for Home Energy Rx.  Seth is a big fan of soul music and the Memphis Grizzlies. Go Grizz!
