Pushing the Program
Tammy Agard is not one to back down or give up, especially on helping low income families gain access to clean energy options without the burden of upfront cost. Agard spoke at the Northern Plains Resource Council about the program in Arkansas and her hopes that Montana would follow in the footsteps of the cooperatives that have embraced the program.
